OUR STORY
Fort Hill Inn began with modest beginnings in 2008. During a challenging economy, we looked for a way to make ends meet and decided to open our historic 1860s home to guests. With a combined background in hospitality, my partner in five-star restaurants and mine in hotels, welcoming travelers felt like a natural extension of who we are.
We started with a single private guest room, and the response was immediate. Travelers coming to Boston were searching for clean, comfortable, stylish, and affordable accommodations, and our space was booked months in advance. Over time, as demand continued to grow, we expanded into four brick rowhouses in the neighborhood. Today, Fort Hill Inn includes 9 units ranging from our smallest private guest room with private bath to a full four-bedroom, two-bath triplex.

Fort Hill is a quiet, historic residential neighborhood perfectly situated for exploring the city. It offers the best of both worlds, charm, safety, and tranquility, with fast and easy access to Boston’s top attractions.
A short five-minute walk takes you to Mission Hill, where you’ll find a great selection of local restaurants, cafés, pubs, and a full-service grocery store. In just five minutes by subway, you can be in the center of Boston, enjoying museums, shopping, dining, and the best the city has to offer.
